Marcus Haynes is a seasoned Firefighter, Paramedic, and Hazardous Materials Technician (HMT) with the City of Phoenix Fire Department, bringing over 18 years of experience in Public Safety, Emergency Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Global Security. Regional Instructor for FEMA CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) Teams.

William (Bill) Bishop, a retired Battalion Chief (Incident Commander) with 27 years of service in the Phoenix Valley, now works with the Emergency Preparedness Services (EPS) team. He is a former Fire Instructor, Hazardous Materials Technician, and Public Information Officer with Goodyear Fire Department. Degrees in Public Safety Administration and Fire Science, and served in the U.S. Navy and Army National Guard. 

Dave Ewan , retired from the Phoenix Fire Department after 25 years of service with Phoenix and Avondale Fire Departments working as a Firefighter, Engineer and Paramedic. Technical Rescue Technician (TRT) certified along with Phoenix Fire Physical Fitness Program.  

Michael McGhee, EMT, has 43 years of experience in the fire service, serving in various leadership and operational roles. He retired as Fire Chief of the Mayer Fire District and previously held the rank of Captain with Salt River Fire. His career also includes extensive experience as a Firefighter and Engineer with both Rural Metro Fire and the Borger Fire Department in Texas. In addition to his fire service background, he has worked as a Fire Safety and Fire Watch Supervisor for SCS/TSMC and has expertise in emergency preparedness services. 

Casey Egherman is a Safety Professional with over five years of experience in Workplace Safety, Technical Rescue, and Confined Space Operations. He specializes in Hazard Risk Identification (HRI), Risk Mitigation. OSHA certifications in OSHA 510, 500 HAZWOPER 40, and currently completing his Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
