Meet Our Team

Dave has over 34 years experience as a Fire Professional and over 15 years working in the Health and Safety Industry.

Dave retired from the Fire Service as a Deputy Chief in 2021 after 34 years of service. Dave was part of the regional Technical Rescue and Hazardous Materials Technician Rescue Teams. Dave graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ with a degree in Public Safety Management. Dave currently holds the position of Health and Safety Director for a large national safety company.

Travis has over 32 years experience as a Fire Professional and over 25 years working in the Health and Safety Industry.

Travis retired from the Fire Service as a Deputy Chief in 2024. He served over the Community Risk Reduction Division and as a member of the regional Technical Rescue and Hazardous Materials Technical Rescue Teams. Travis has served as an Adjunct Faculty member for Maricopa Community Colleges since 1993 teaching in the Fire Science Program. Travis has held positions in local, state, and national safety companies from lead instructor to Health and Safety Director. FEMA Evaluator for Nuclear Exercises.
